Hello Kitty is a huge character/icon in this world. For that reason, I was extremely excited about the Hello Kitty by OPI Collection. I grabbed the ones I was drawn to from this collection from OPI.

I took this picture from my Instagram. I already reviewed OPI in Super Cute in Pink (third from the left) and OPI in Spoken from the Heart (fifth from the left). For this post, I will review the second from the left.
This is OPI in Small + Cute = Heart. Since I did a thorough review of OPI in Next Stop...The Bikini Zone, I will base this on that.
Here's a closer look at the color. The website describes it as "do the math...this baby pink is perfect." I honestly have to agree with the description.
Here's a closer look at the brush. This is favorite brush because it's wide and long.
I applied OPI Nail Envy in OriginalSeche Crystal Clear Base Coat, 2 coats of OPI in Small + Cute = Heart, and then topped it off with CND Vinylux Weekly Top Coat.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, I love the brush. It's wide enough to quickly paint each nails. The brush, in my opinion, is great for lazy individuals like myself. Secondly, the consistency is in-between medium to thick. I'm not too sure if I got a bad batch or the consistency is that way. Most OPI polishes are on the medium. Also, I bought this polish from a store I never purchased before. I don't know if that makes a difference but it might. With that said, I had difficulties painting my nails with this polish. It was clumpy and didn't paint evenly. I noticed some parts painted thicker than others. From the picture above, I painted two coats for each nail but it'll look better with three coats. It'll look smoother and evenly coated, but I was too lazy. Have you ever had that experience when everything went wrong? Well, that's how I felt. It started with thick, lumpy base coat to bad batch nail polish to harden top coat that needed nail thinner. Instead of starting over, I decided to just keep it that way. With that said, there were no streaking and bubbles. Third, the color is gorgeous! I thought it might be too pale for my in-between pale to medium skin, but it actually looked good. I think it's one of those colors that look good on all skin colors. With that said, I can only see myself wearing this during spring/summer season. Lastly with everything going bad, I was impressed with the longevity. I didn't notice any shrinkage and chipping within these five days.

Would repurchase: Yes.
