I am fortunate to work with Born Pretty Store.

I took this picture from my Instagram. Here are the products I received. For this post, I will review the water decal third from the left.
This is Born Pretty Cartoon Owl Nail Art Water Decals Transfer Sticker Born Pretty BP_W09. Since I did a thorough review of Born Pretty Blue Wings Butterfly Water Decal, I will base this on that. It retails for $0.99 and it's described as...

"Specification:
100% brand new
Quantity: 1 Sheet
Pattern: as the picture shows

Package Contents:
1 Sheet Nail Art Water Decals Transfer Sticker Born Pretty BP-W09

Nails Application:
1. Trim, clean and polish the fingernails; paint the background color on the fingernails and dry it out.
2. Remove the film of product, cut out the patter and plunge it into water 10-20 seconds.
3. Moisten the fingernails, stick the patter in position.
4. Sop up the water with a paper towel and blow dry.
5. Cap with clear nail polish and blow dry.

Warning: keep reach out of children."
Here's a closer look at the water decal. Isn't it cute!?!?
I applied OPI Nail Envy in Original and Formula X Prime Xcel Base Coat. Then 2 coats of OPI in Spoken from the Heart on my thumb, index, and pinkie finger. Then 2 coats of Milani in Glitzy Stars on my middle and ring finger, and top these fingers with Born Pretty Cartoon Owl Water Decal. Finished with Formula X Shine Xcel Top Coat.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all, how adorable are these owls! They're colorful, different characters and designs of owls, variety of sizes, and they look like they come from a cartoon character. They are made out of great quality paper and extremely well made. Secondly, they're easy to use. I'm a fan of water decals over stickers. They're not messy and no stickiness involved. I just cut around the owl I want to use and dip it in water with a Tweezer. It takes about 10 seconds before I'm able to push the water decal off the background paper. While pushing with my finger, I grab the water decal with my Tweezer. Then apply the water decal where I want on my nail and top it off with top coat. It's set and good to go. For this particular nail art, It's one design but cut in half to look like they're connected. I hope it looks that way and how cute is it that they are looking at each other. Lastly, they last until the polish chip on the area the water decal is on. Since they're above the tips, they can go for more than a week. I've been wearing mine for a week and it looks the same as the day I applied it. That's one reason why I love water decals over stickers. Stickers smudge/come off around the surrounding. Water decals do not fade or smudge whatsoever. It's intact until the polish comes off where the water decal is applied. I'm so thankful I was introduced to water decals. It has changed my life. I believe I was introduced to water decals by Born Pretty but not 100% sure. Anyways, I will never go back to stickers after being introduced to water decals. If you haven't tried water decals, you are missing out!

Would repurchase: Yes.
