Here's a closer look at the water decal. I love the simple flowers.
I applied OPI Nail Envy in Original and Formula X Prime Xcel Base Coat on all the nails. Then two coats of Butter London in Muggins on my thumb, index, and pinkie fingers. Two coats of OPI in Alpine Snow on my middle and ring fingers. On top of OPI in Alpine Snow, I added Born Pretty Line Flower Water Decal. Lastly, topped all the nails with Formula X Shine Xcel Top Coat.
Here's a closer look at the water decal on my nail at a different angle.

Now for my overall opinion... First of all if you have been reading my blog for awhile, you know I'm a huge fan of water decals. I will get into that in a little bit. I want to talk about the design. This is a simple black outline flower. Whatever color you apply this water decal on will but that color with black outline flower. The main color of my nails were the grayish purple. The white with the black outline flowers are the accents nails. Even though it's a simple design, the outline is interesting. Most of the outlines are not connected. There some missing part of the outline and I think it makes it more realistic or it just might be me. I also love that the flowers come in a variety of sizes. Since I cannot grow my nails (years of piano lessons), a lot of the bigger designs never fit my nail bed. For that reason, I usually only apply smaller ones on my hand so it's not overwhelming as well as fit my nails. Secondly, I will get into why I'm a huge fan of water decals. For one thing, it's better than stickers. Stickers might be easier to apply on top of nails but not by that much. With stickers, you grab with Tweezer and apply onto the nail bed. Water decals involve water. Some people might find it messy but I personally thing stickers are more messier. Stickers are just sticky and you can feel it on the Tweezer, if you touch it with your fingers, and so on. The water decals are not sticky at all and the little amount of water I use dries within seconds. Another thing stickers only last couple of days on my nails or at least it does on me. I notice the design on the stickers start rubbing off and the nail art doesn't look as pretty as the day I applied it. Water decals last the whole time unless the polish chips, but that hardly happens to me. Not only that, you can use water decals on a variety of other things and it will not come off. I've seen people apply it on cell phones and it lasts a long time. I'm sure you can use it on other things. You just need to be creative. With that said, it really isn't hard to use. I just cut around the design I want to apply on my nails. You don't even need to be careful how you cut. You won't see the clear part of the water decal on the nails after you apply top coat. Then I grab the design with Tweezer and dip it in water for a few seconds. Once it's soaked enough, I push the design off the background. Then I grab it with Tweezer and apply it on top of my nail bed. It's that easy. Lastly, it lasted the whole week while I had this nail art. At the end of the week, the design looked exactly like the day I applied it. Not only that, I got a lot of compliments. It's so pretty and it stood out. I've always been a fan of water decals and this did not disappoint. It's gorgeous and it adds some fun to my nails!

Would repurchase: Yes.
